147th Group is a Separately Managed Portfolio focused on delivering growth, yield, and value to its clients. We take a conservative approach to portfolio management, leveraging the S&P 500 as a benchmark.
We are building a select portfolio to capture growth with a stream of income. We concentrate on the best opportunities within the S&P 500 and U.S. multinationals, and add alpha to the S&P 500.
As Founder and Managing Partner of 147th Group, Lior Rusinek oversees the firm’s portfolio composition of 15 to 20 select names, with Charles Schwab serving as the firm's custodian brokerage. Our objective is to select companies while they are either close to or sitting at the lower end of their 12 month trading range.
We seek to minimize taxable events, while keeping client fees low, which results in a conservative discipline for affluent investors. Our diligent approach translates common sense investing into common practice.

Prior to launching the 147th Group, Lior Rusinek led a successful career as a Managing Director of Global Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch. After 30 years in the industry, Lior launched the 147th Group in spring 2018.
